If the breaker is tripped, the tub does not operate. Check the breaker and reset it if needed. If the hot tub still does not operate, turn off the electricity and inspect the breaker for loose wiring; contact an electrician if there is damage. If the breaker box is in working order and the tub still does not operate, check your home’s circuit breaker or fuse box. Reset the breaker or replace a blown fuse if needed.

Pressure Problems

When the hot tub has no or low jet pressure, there are numerous possible causes. Verify the jets to be certain they’re open; turn them counterclockwise to open them fully. Examine the bathtub’s filter for dirt or clogs which may stop the flames from properly functioning; clean or replace the filter as necessary. The jets may experience low pressure if the valves are closed. Make certain each of the T-handle shutoff valves on the heat pumps are open. Inspect the air control valves; these should be closed for suitable jet pressure. Ensure your bathtub’s water level is high enough. The tub should be filled to about 1 inch over all the jets.
